i found the room very clean. the hotel had a great breakfast buffet with so many options. i thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. the parking was also handy, though it felt a bit tight when navigating it.
the pillows feels lumpy with broken foam inside.

the breakfast had essential foods. the welcome drink was a nice touch.
There were dirty curtains in my room. The towels felt low quality. also, there were insufficient sun loungers by the pool. this is unacceptable.

mixed feelings about my stay

the location was acceptable with easy access to nearby attractions.
The room lacked privacy. The bathroom was essentially part of the bedroom, a design flaw. this made it difficult when traveling with companions. additionally, the breakfast quality was subpar for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
